I think therefore I du Vin.

Think quintessential British style. Elegant and unpretentious. Combine this with great spirit, wit, an unquestionable devotion to wine and you have the very essence of du Vin. Picture fourteen sensitively converted spaces eclectically furnished and housing trademark bistros, timelessly styled rooms, bars, spas, cigar shacks and much more. Thinking of a night away? Think Hotel du Vin.

PLAT DU JOUR

New dish everyday.

THE ESSENTIAL INGREDIENT

Our people.

The home-grown philosophy continues in their people. Much effort is made to train and develop young, personable and passionate staff, with encouragement givento ‘move up the ladder’ within the organisation. Staff retention is especially good and evidenced by the fact that all of the group’s General Managers are ‘homegrown‘ from within the business, often moving up through the ranksThe warmth of a welcome at any of the hotels and bistros is second to none, and the atmosphere is convivial and relaxed.

CLERKENWELL

Bistro du Vin at Smithfield

Housed in a beautifully renovated Victorian property on St John Street, Clerkenwell, the Bistro is Hotel du Vin group’s first stand-alone restaurant, a cork's pop from the famous Smithfield Market. Bistro du Vin Clerkenwell caters for up to 100 covers and an additional 45 within the Bubble Bar, open all day serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Bistro is a neighbourhood restaurant with personality, a place to drop in, eat, meet, do business and learn about wine.

SOHO

Welcome to the Red Wine District.

Bistro Du Vin Soho draws on the rich lyrical history and architecture of Dean Street, yet remains a thoroughly fresh modern Bistro in the heart of Soho’s entertainment community.  Fresh, light and natural finishes such as, concrete, taupe granite, aged brass, coral, stone and olive boiled wools and pale olive leather banquette seating, distressed oak tables create an honest, calming, timeless classic new bistro interior with a nod to New England proportions.  The artwork is classic bistro du vin framed in classic frames in light woods.  The lighting above the bar is by Diesel and made up of overlapping linen shades.  Accessories include old scales, butchers blocks, antique deli items and signs.
